Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Early Birds collects through https://fullstack.earlybirds.me/ (the “Service”) and how we use and protect it. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Early Birds, an independent freelance (sole-operator) provider based in Cairo, Egypt. Contact: support@earlybirds.me · WhatsApp +20 100 294 8785.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text).
Learning data: your progress, quiz/exam results, and certificates within the platform.
Payment confirmation: the fact and reference of a successful payment, the method, and amount. We do not collect or store card numbers or wallet PINs — those are handled by the payment provider.
Technical & security data: a session identifier, an approximate device/session count (to enforce the 2-device limit), and basic request information used to keep the Service secure.
Anti-piracy watermark: paid pages carry a token derived from your account so a leaked copy can be traced. It identifies the account, not your location or identity beyond your email.
Support messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.

3. How we use it

to create your account, log you in, and provide the course;
to confirm payment and activate or refund access;
to enforce the device limit and protect content from unauthorized sharing;
to provide support and respond to your requests;
to improve and secure the Service; and
to comply with legal, tax, or payment-network obligations.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Kashier (cards/online) and mobile wallets / instant transfer (e.g. Vodafone Cash, InstaPay). When you pay, your payment details are provided directly to that provider under its own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation and reference data needed to activate access and handle refunds.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use a single essential login cookie (sid) to keep you signed in to the course, and your browser’s local storage to remember your language choice and learning progress. We do not use these for advertising profiling. If we later add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for consent.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that make the Service work — our hosting/security provider (Cloudflare) and our payment providers — and only as needed, or where disclosure is required by law or to protect rights, safety, and payment integrity.

7. Data retention

We keep account and learning data while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute-handling purposes. Payment-confirmation records may be retained as required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to those legal retention needs.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to close your account. Email support@earlybirds.me and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or another competent authority regarding your rights.

9. Children

The content may suit learners from about 12 years old, but accounts must be created and paid for by an adult (18+). A parent or guardian who creates an account for a minor is responsible for the data provided and for supervising use. If you believe a child provided us data without guardian consent, contact us and we will address it.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures including password hashing, encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and gated content delivery. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure; please keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorized access.

11. International processing

The Service is delivered through Cloudflare’s global network, so data may be processed on servers outside Egypt to provide and secure the Service. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection wherever data is processed.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy for legal, security, or operational reasons. The current version is posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable electronic means where required.

سياسة الخصوصية

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه البيانات الشخصية التي تجمعها Early Birds عبر https://fullstack.earlybirds.me/ ("الخدمة") وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها. وتُعد جزءًا من الشروط والأحكام.

1. من نحن

تُشغَّل الخدمة بواسطة Early Birds، مقدّم خدمة حر مستقل (مشغّل فردي) مقرّه القاهرة، مصر. للتواصل: support@earlybirds.me · واتساب +20 100 294 8785.

2. ما الذي نجمعه

بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني ونسخة مشفّرة بأمان من كلمة المرور (لا نخزّن كلمة المرور كنص صريح أبدًا).
بيانات التعلم: تقدّمك ونتائج الاختبارات والشهادات داخل المنصة.
تأكيد الدفع: واقعة الدفع الناجح ومرجعه والطريقة والمبلغ. لا نجمع أو نخزّن أرقام البطاقات أو أرقام المحافظ السرية — فهي تُعالَج لدى مزود الدفع.
بيانات تقنية وأمنية: معرّف الجلسة، وعدد تقريبي للأجهزة/الجلسات (لتطبيق حدّ الجهازين)، ومعلومات أساسية للطلب للحفاظ على أمان الخدمة.
علامة الحماية ضد القرصنة: تحمل الصفحات المدفوعة رمزًا مشتقًّا من حسابك حتى يمكن تتبّع أي نسخة مسرّبة. وهو يحدّد الحساب فقط.
رسائل الدعم: ما ترسله إلينا عبر البريد أو واتساب.

3. كيف نستخدمها

لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك وتقديم الدورة؛
لتأكيد الدفع وتفعيل الوصول أو ردّه؛
لتطبيق حدّ الأجهزة وحماية المحتوى من المشاركة غير المصرّح بها؛
لتقديم الدعم والرد على طلباتك؛
لتحسين الخدمة وتأمينها؛ و
للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية أو الضريبية أو متطلبات شبكات الدفع.

4. المدفوعات

تتم معالجة المدفوعات بواسطة مزودين خارجيين، بما في ذلك كاشير (Kashier) (بطاقات/أونلاين) والمحافظ الإلكترونية / التحويل الفوري (مثل فودافون كاش وإنستاباي). وعند الدفع تُقدَّم بيانات دفعك مباشرة لذلك المزود وفق سياسة خصوصيته. ونتلقى فقط بيانات التأكيد والمرجع اللازمة لتفعيل الوصول ومعالجة الاسترداد.

5. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

نستخدم ملف تعريف ارتباط أساسيًّا واحدًا لتسجيل الدخول (sid) لإبقائك مسجّلًا في الدورة، ونستخدم التخزين المحلي للمتصفح لتذكّر لغتك وتقدّمك. ولا نستخدمها للتتبّع الإعلاني. وإذا أضفنا لاحقًا أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات، فسنحدّث هذه السياسة ونطلب الموافقة عند الاقتضاء.

6. مشاركة بياناتك

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. ونشاركها فقط مع مزودي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل الخدمة — مزوّد الاستضافة/الأمان (Cloudflare) ومزودي الدفع — وبالقدر اللازم فقط، أو حيث يوجب القانون الإفصاح أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة وسلامة المدفوعات.

7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والتعلم طوال وجود حسابك ولمدة معقولة بعد ذلك حسب الحاجة لأغراض قانونية ومحاسبية ومعالجة المنازعات. وقد يُحتفظ بسجلات تأكيد الدفع وفق ما يوجبه القانون. ويمكنك طلب حذف بيانات حسابك مع مراعاة متطلبات الاحتفاظ القانونية.

8. حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو إغلاق حسابك. راسلنا على support@earlybirds.me وسنرد خلال مدة معقولة. ويمكنك أيضًا التواصل مع جهاز حماية المستهلك المصري أو جهة مختصة أخرى بشأن حقوقك.

9. الأطفال

قد يناسب المحتوى متعلمين من نحو 12 عامًا، لكن يجب أن يُنشئ الحساب ويدفع شخص بالغ (18+). ويتحمل ولي الأمر الذي ينشئ حسابًا لقاصر مسؤولية البيانات المقدّمة والإشراف على الاستخدام. وإذا رأيت أن طفلًا قدّم بيانات دون موافقة وليّه، فتواصل معنا لمعالجة الأمر.

10. الأمان

نستخدم تدابير معقولة تشمل تشفير كلمات المرور، والتشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS)، وضوابط الوصول، وتسليم المحتوى المحمي. ولا يمكن ضمان أمان أي خدمة عبر الإنترنت بنسبة 100%؛ فاحرص على سرية بيانات دخولك وأبلغنا فورًا بأي دخول مشبوه.

11. المعالجة الدولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة عبر شبكة Cloudflare العالمية، لذا قد تُعالَج البيانات على خوادم خارج مصر لتقديم الخدمة وتأمينها. ونتخذ خطوات معقولة لضمان حماية مناسبة أينما تُعالَج البيانات.

12. تعديل هذه السياسة

يجوز تحديث هذه السياسة لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو تشغيلية، ويُنشر الإصدار الحالي بتاريخ جديد. ويتم الإخطار بالتغييرات الجوهرية بوسيلة إلكترونية معقولة عند الاقتضاء.
